Important licensing information

The use of products pertaining to IP protected technologies may be restricted due to a limited license grant by the purchase of such product from IBA ("Limited Use Label License";). With the use of said product(s) by the customer such use limitation is deemed to be accepted. Twin-Strep-tag®

Twin-Strep-tag® technology is protected by US 7,981,632, WO 2002/077018 (EP1 370 574) and further patent applications owned by IBA. Purchase of reagents related to this technology from IBA provides a license for non-profit and in-house research use only. Any application of above mentioned technology for commercial purpose requires a separate license from IBA. A license may be granted by IBA on a case-by-case basis, and is entirely at IBA's discretion. Streptamer® technology

Streptamer® technology for T-cell purification is protected by US 7,776,562, CA 2,467,434 and JP4416400 and further patent applications exclusively licensed to IBA. Purchase of reagents related to this technology from IBA provides a license for non-profit and in-house research use only. Any application of above mentioned technology for commercial purpose requires a separate license from IBA. A license may be granted by IBA on a case-by-case basis, and is entirely at IBA's discretion. Strep-Tactin®XT

Strep-Tactin®XT technology for recombinant Strep-tag® and/or Twin-Strep-tag® protein purification, detection and assay is covered by US 10, 065, 996 and further patent applications and exclusively licensed to IBA. Purchase of reagents related to this technology from IBA provides a license for non-profit use only. Any application of above mentioned technology for commercial purpose requires a separate license from IBA. A license may be granted by IBA on a case-by-case basis, and is entirely at IBA's discretion.
