pASG-IBAwt2 vector
The pASG-IBAwt2 vector allows the expression of fusion-proteins in [i]E.coli[/i]. The vector carries the inducible tetracycline promoter/operator for the regulated expression of proteins and the Ampicillin Resistance cassette. It can be used with any [i]E.coli[/i] strain because the tet-promoter works independently from the genetic background of [i]E.coli[/i].
The expressed recombinant protein will be secreted into the periplasm.
